Our promise: We spend a lot of time making sure our products and services hold the highest quality and standard possible. We put the same attention to detail into the merchandise that we sell as we do the products we produce on our own. So, if for some reason you are not happy with the product or if we made a mistake somewhere, please let us know so we can make it right. If we make a mistake, we need to learn from it so that we can improve, and in this case would be more than happy to issue a return/refund.

Important information regarding shipping and delivery: Your shipment is guaranteed to arrive the same or next day after the ship date. Please note that you choose your own delivery date at check-out. It is the customer's responsibility to pick up their air cargo shipment at time of arrival. We will refund any order for shipping delays resulting in spoiled product.
